It is very sad to know that a country which itself origin of yoga, nutritious foods and Ayurveda is facing this much trouble.
As per me, this would not happen if we would have been remembered our old dohas of eating.
Old people use to remember things in the form of art, writing and singing and from that this old dohas is formed which I’m presenting here.
You may think! in this modern world of practicality and science, why I’m showing some old stuff,
believe me, it’s not a random content-increasing strategy, at reviewtestify, we authors do not write things until we self-experienced that thing.

भारतीय सूत्र- भोजन की सही पद्धति (दोहे में)

भोजन करें धरती पर अल्थी पल्थी मार।
चबा चबा कर खाइए, वैद्य न झांकें द्वार ॥
प्रातः काल फल रस लो, दुपहर लस्सी- छांस ।
सदा रात में दूध पी, सभी रोग का नाश ॥
प्रातः दोपहर लीजिये, जब नियमित आहार ।
तीस मिनट की नींद लो, रोग न आवें द्वार ॥
भोजन करके रात में घूमें कदम हजार।
डाक्टर, ओझा, वैद्य का, लुट जाए व्यापार ॥
घूट घूट पानी पियो, रह तनाव से दूर।
एसिडिटी, या मोटापा, होवें चकनाचूर ॥
अर्थराइज या हार्निया, अपेंडिक्स का त्रास ।
पानी पीजै बैठकर कभी न आवें पास ॥
रक्तचाप बढने लगे, तब मत सोचो भाय ।
सौगंध राम की खाइ के, तुरत छोड़ दो चाय ॥
सुबह खाइये कुवंर सा, दुपहर यथा नरेश, भोजन लीजे रात में, जैसे रंक सुरेश ॥
देर रात तक जागना, रोगों का जंजाल ।
अपच, आंख के रोग सँग, तन भी रहे निढाल ॥

Dohas translated in English for the right method of eating.
Eat food on the ground.
Chew and eat, the doctor never peeps.
Take fruit juice in the morning, lassi-chans in the afternoon.
Always drink milk at night, all diseases are destroyed.
Take Balance diet every day.
Take thirty minutes of sleep at noon, disease keeps away.
Walk a thousand steps in the night after having food.
Doctors, exorcists, businesses will be looted.
Drink gulp water, and stay away from stress.
Acidity, or obesity, be shattered.
Arthritis or hernia, or appendicitis, never shows up
If sitting drinking water.
Don’t think when the blood pressure starts increasing.
Take an oath of Ram’s, leave the tea immediately.
Eat like a king in the morning, a common man afternoon, take food in the night, like poor.
Waking up late in the night is a network of diseases.
With dyspepsia and eye diseases, the body also feels pain.
In easy words
In India there is a ritual of having food on the ground, we chew food much time so it gets easily digested.
Eating fruits in the morning, heavy drinks like lassi in the afternoon, and milk at night is advisable.
We focus more on taking a balanced diet including nutrients thatswhy most Indian food is vegetarian.
A 30-minute nap at noon gives you extra energy. First try, then believe.
Don’t sleep instantly after dinner, doing a walk boosts your metabolism. This single habit keeps the doctor away from you.
Drink water and fluids slowly while sitting, and away from many diseases.
Quit tea and coffee if you have sleep problems.
You must eat a heavy meal in the morning, medium in the afternoon and very light at night.
Don’t wake up late at night it causes many side effects including eye and body pain.
