Who writes an essay in this era?

well if you are from India or Asian countries you can’t say it cause you know well, we have to always clear our English exam by at least writing an essay worth 5 – 12 marks.

Especially, I would like to address this from the point of view of government exam preparation candidates (which is crores in number) in India.

You have less time, you have to write more, your brain stops thinking, hands move slow

The essay word limit can reach 250 – 1200 words respectively for SSC to UPSC exams, with a limit of 5-10 minutes.

In tough exams like these where a candidate’s life depends on, a mere 5-minute essay should not destroy the winning possibilities.

So, with a thought of this,

I came up with super efficient proven yet simple techniques from which anyone can write an essay in just 5 minutes no matter what the topic is.

Remember these Points

In life everywhere in every game, the most important thing is not how much you know, the most important is how much you know about ‘what not to do’.

Keeping this in mind, these are some ‘don’ts’ of essay writing.

  • Truth is writing doesn’t matter, it must be understood only.
  • The examiner uses a skim technique, they don’t have time to read 100s of essays. Thus first few lines of every part are very important.
  • The intro with stats/number/dates mark a good impression.

The 3-rule technique!

To simplify the technique I outlined only 3 rules to write any stiff topic essay within 5 minutes.

The open rule is you have to divide the no of words limit by 3 cause you have to write an article in 3 parts. That is start-mid-end.

Eg. if you have to write an essay of 300 words you have to divide it by 3 means 100 words on each part, which makes the mind relax and welcome thoughts structurally.

  1. Weave the plot in mind for the first 30 seconds.
  2. Give it a structure in mind, like start-mid-end.
  3. It’s a game of words, the more words you know the less you have to write.

Use words with long meanings (few words with more meaning) to give a quality and conciseness, of course, it will require a good stock of vocabulary.

Epilogue

These techniques are for everyone, even if you are a 5th-class student or a UPSC aspirant.

The topic name is essay writing but with these techniques, you can write anything you name it (Article writing, essay, letters, debate, narration) ‘whatever’.

There are much more things to add, that you may find on 100s of youtube videos

but the one thing I learnt is that structure is the most important thing to build speed, so my trick will give speed to structure your essay. What/how to write inside is all from your side.

Just work on these simple 3 rules and don’t forget those ‘Points’.

Share with that candidate, & grab thanks for yourself.❤️
